Languages

At St Michael's School we offer educational experiences in Indonesian language and culture. The school has a specialist Indonesian language teacher including multiple and engaging resources and cultural artefacts.

Social and economic factors provide a strong rationale for a greater knowledge of and open communication with our Asian neighbours. Indonesia is one of Australia’s closest neighbours and an understanding of its culture, history and language supports the development of meaningful cultural exchange.
