This week teachers began our LIFT (Learning Improvement Focus Team) journey. This process is an action research cycle, where teachers will identify a need within their classroom, look to current research for ideas/strategies, implement a new practice, invite other teachers in to observe, explain changes through observations/data, and then feedback/reflect. 

This process will allow us to unpack our Annual Improvement Plan further and identify the academic needs across the school. 

We look forward to sharing our findings as we journey through this process.
