Boorowa

Thank you to the families and teachers that attended the Boorowa touch football and netball competition last Friday. A great day was had by all and congratulations to the 4 teams who represented our school. Thank you to the coaches, managers, umpires and parents who left extra early to transport our equipment to the fields. We can’t wait to do it all again in 2025!

ACT Athletics Ribbons and Awards Presentation

This Friday at assembly, we will present the ACT Athletics ribbons and make a special presentation to Mahli (5/6G) who broke the U11 Girls 100m and 200m record.

Flag Football Clinics

Thanks to a Term 4 grant from Sporting Schools we are excited to be able to purchase new equipment for flag football (non-contact NFL) and have two sessions of clinics for all students from K-6. Clinics will take place in Weeks 6 & 7.

Library Borrowing

The last week of library borrowing will be Week 6, with all books due by Friday 22 November. This will allow the end of year stocktake to take place. Thank you for your assistance with returning books by this date.

Overdue Library Books

If you have overdue library books, we would greatly appreciate these being returned as soon as possible. Overdue notices will be sent home with all students next week. If there is a book on your overdue notice that you are unable to find or has been returned previously, please indicate this on the overdue notice and return to your child’s classroom teacher.
