Dear Parents and Carers,
For many families this is a busy time of the year, but I hope that you will be able to find some moments of peace amidst the busyness. Referring to a book by Jay Shetty, “Think Like A Monk” Steve Francis, comments on thinking like a ‘monk’ to keep ourselves calm and focused, compared to having a ‘monkey’ brain. Taking time to be still, reflect and simply breathe is a huge part of maintaining well-being- not easy to do, but important for all of us.
