Religious Education & Religious Life of the School

Kindergarten have had a wonderful time this term learning about prayer. They have been busy putting together prayer experiences to share as a class. Here are some pictures of the first groups to share their efforts:

Year 6 Retreat & Letters of Affirmation

All students in Year 6 will be taking part in a very special Retreat day tomorrow, Thursday 1st September. We keep all of Year 6 in our prayers as they reflect on their years at St Michael’s and how they can be a people service. We especially pray for our 16 Confirmation candidates.

Confirmation Parent/Child Evening

A reminder that our Parent/Child Evening is this Thursday 1st September. It will be at 6:00pm in St Monica’s Church. All Confirmation candidates and their parents are asked to attend this very important element of preparation for this sacrament.

Fathers’ Day WSPT

Friday 1st September we will celebrate the gift of our fathers with a WSPT. This is being prepared by 1/2 and will be shared digitally in school. We will be praying for all of our wonderful Dads and hoping they have a lovely day on the following Sunday.
