Ian has assisted us to put in place further positive management processes and a simple office referral system. We encourage you to come along and find out more.
Refurbishment plans
As mentioned in previous newsletters we are moving forward with some school refurbishments.
Please see an artist’s impression of the new school entrance. We are hoping to begin our project shortly.
St Vincent de Paul Winter Woolies Day
Children are welcome to come dressed in PJs or Winter Woolies for this Friday 29 July if they bring a donation of new/as new, warm clothing/blankets etc. We will put out some baskets at morning drop off for donated items. The Vinnies van will visit and there will be engaging activities for students to support an awareness of understanding the plight of those less fortunate than ourselves.
Wellbeing Survey
Attached in this newsletter is a survey from Catholic School Parents Australia (CSPA) The organisation is looking for information from parents/carers about children’s wellbeing/the impacts of COVID etc. You are most welcome to share your thoughts/ideas. The survey is anonymous.
Exciting family news this week
Congratulations to the following families at St Michael’s as they welcome new family members!
Lupi and Junior Lualua on the birth of Mattias, sister to Ana and to Mel and Stefan Brucic as they welcome Hugo, little brother to Sofia.
I’m aware that there are also families in our community grieving the loss of Grandparents and close relatives, we send our love and support to you all.
Many Blessings,
Judy Egan
