• Academic Excellence Award Presented by Senator Zed Seselja. Awarded to Gemma 5/6B

Gemma has excelled in all areas of her academic studies right through her schooling at St Michael’s. She has responded very positively to the feedback from all of her teachers and she has pushed herself to excel in all areas, especially those she finds difficult. The results that she had produced on her class reports clearly outline the effort that she puts into all of her work and this is a credit to the dedication that she shows to her studies.

• Pastoral Care and Christian Values Award presented by Fr Loi. Awarded to Patrick 5/6H

 Patrick has continued to display great empathy, kindness and compassion to all members of the St Michael’s Community. He is someone that clearly responds to the message of St Mary Mackillop of ‘never see a need without doing something about it.’ He always actively seeks to assist in many ways around the school, and he clearly displays wonderful Christian Values in all aspects of his time at St Michael’s

• Community Service Award presented by John Arundel (Rotary Club). Awarded to Maria 5/6B

 Maria has been thoroughly involved with the wider school community and the St Michael’s Parish. She has been an alter server at Weekend Masses and has been a valuable member of different fund-raising efforts and other community events. She sets an exemplary example for other student leaders to follow. Maria is constantly giving up her own personal time to help see the wider community of St Michael’s flourish and be the vibrate community that it is.
